Prawns al Mojo de Ajo

Several years ago, my sister made some really tasty spicy-lime shimp as appetizers for a 4th of July BBQ at her house, and then lost the recipe. Ever since, we’ve been treated to wonderful new shrimp recipes every summer in the search for the old one. I’m not sure whether this one was the original, but it’s probably just as good.
